**Key Responsibilities:**

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a tranquil and rejuvenating experience for all guests.

- Lead, train, and inspire a team of spa therapists and support staff to deliver exceptional service that aligns with the hotels 5-star standards.

- Manage spa bookings, treatments, and retail sales, optimizing the spas revenue potential.

- Monitor and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the spa.

- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and care, ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive experience.

- Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new clients and enhance the spas reputation.

- Collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure seamless service delivery.

**Key Requirements:**

- NVQ/SVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty and Spa Therapy or above is essential.

- Proven experience as a Spa Manager, preferably within a 5-star hotel environment.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of the spa.
