About the position

• Manage the team and ensure that the staff morale is high
• Oversee the training and development of the team
• Lead by example to offer to the best guest experience
• Manage the P&L and monitor sales
• Conduct staff reviews and action the areas in need of training
• Work closely with the Head Chef & F&B Manager

The successful candidate

• Previous experience working in hotels or restaurants
• A strong knowledge of Food & Beverage
• Well Organised with an eye for detail
• Proven business & financial success
• A born leader with excellent communication skills
