We are looking to register new chefs to work with our clients in in multiple locations around the midlands. Blue Arrow Burton is based in center of Burton on Trent but covers the East Staffordshire region, with neighboring branches covering further afield.

We are flexible and allow you to choose which assignments to pick up depending what works best around you. Once registered you will have access to our Blue Arrow App which allows to to see all the work we have available and accept shifts with a click of a button. Our consultants are still on the end of the phone though to discuss anything in more detail or answer any questions.

We cover many areas of catering including Contract B&I, Leisure, Events, Care home and Schools. If there's a particular industry you would prefer to work in please make this know on your application. Our shifts vary between £15 and £22 per hour depending on time/location and client.

Typical responsibilities for the role include:
* Preparing and serving food to specification
* Ensuring Health and Safety regulations are followed
* Keeping your work station clean, tidy and up to standard.
* Supporting other members of the in house kitchen team
* Completing kitchen paperwork and admin such as ordering stock, delivery notes, temperature logs etc.. however these requirements are site specific.


About you...
* Minimum Chef De Partie level experience with Food Safety level 2 undertaken within last 3 years.
* Hard-working, reliable and friendly.
* Dedicated to following procedure i.e., Allergens, Health and Safety etc.
* Ability to work at a high pace without dropping standards
* Passion for cooking
* Own transport to allow you to travel between a number of different sites

Enhanced DBS is preferred but no essential (if you are interested in obtaining an Enhanced DBS, this is something we can assist with).
