Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new exciting role? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Home Manager to join our client's state of the art Care Home near Peterbrough. They are a group of care homes spread across the UK, dedicated o providing top-notch residential, nursing, and dementia care.

As the Home Manager, you will be accountable for:
- Providing top-quality person-centred care to all residents.
- Managing and supporting the staff team, offering guidance and supervision.
- Recruiting and onboarding new staff, fostering a positive and encouraging team environment.
- Partnering with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria.
- Building strong relationships with all stakeholders.
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
- An annual salary of £70,000.

- At least 5 years' experience in the care sector at a senior level.
- Proven experience in leading and developing an effective staff team.
- An NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
