Head Chef Fresh Food led Independent Gastro Pub located close to Lymington in the New Forest

• Salary is 40-42k plus additional 5k in tips
• As head chef you will be working Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
• You will have Sunday evenings, and Monday and Tuesday off
• Heading up the whole kitchen operation including paperwork
• Free reign on menus
• Free reign on suppliers
• Style of food is modern British highlighting local seafood
• Small intimate restaurant with outdoor patio area
• Food sales average around 6k a week
• Ideally have your own transport due to location and public transport
• We are looking for a Head Chef who is a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of writing your own menus whilst training and developing the current team
