Seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Supervisor to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the smooth operation of the hotel during the night, ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise night staff and manage nightly operations, ensuring excellent service delivery.

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and any issues that arise during the night with professionalism and efficiency.

- Conduct nightly audits, prepare reports, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded.

- Ensure the security of the hotel and the safety of guests by monitoring the premises and responding to emergencies.

- Assist with the setup for morning events and ensure the hotel is prepared for the day ahead.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or night shift role within the hospitality industry.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- A calm and composed demeanor, especially in challenging situations.

- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
