Kitchen Assistant

My client is a school based in Bedford that has a requirement for an experienced Chef assistant to join their team.

This role will be in school terms only, the hours are 7h30am -2pm

Requirements:

Previous experience cooking and preparing meals, working alongside the Kitchen manager.

Level 2 Food hygiene certificate

Enhanced DBS Check- to wok with children

The role:

Preparing breakfast and lunches for pupils

Following set recipes for the meals

Assisting the kitchen manager

Serving food to pupils

Wiping down tables after lunch

Washing up
