Job Description

SDUK's brands include the Nations favourite cheese brand Cathedral City plus other well-known butter & spreads (Clover, Country Life, Vitalite, Utterly Butterly), functional ingredients and dairy free products.


This is an initial 1-year FTC, with the position is available due to growth of our functional ingredients business, where we produce products for infant formula, which is shipped globally. Working closely with the MRP planner as a key participant for the operational factory & weekly production/planning meetings.


Through effective communication, youll work closely with all site departments across operations, technical, logistics, and customer service, and be the go-to person for supplier queries on invoices, delivery discrepancies, and key reports including C88s.


This is a role within a changing environment, where you will have the opportunity to make the role your own, within a supportive and fast-paced environment.


YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY

  • Reviewing invoice exceptions.
  • Management and generation of purchase orders (PO) for over 100SKU items for raw materials to support the MRP planners plans.
  • Controlling and reviewing C88 import documentation across all MRP suppliers.
  • Supporting weekly tasks for SNOP planning, which is key for site and group reporting.
  • Confirming receipt of stock once delivered into AX system.
  • Pulling information together for monthly stock reconciliations and support any actions required.


YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE

  • Experienced or have a strong and demonstratable theoretical knowledge of supply chain processes, experienced with PO management from a financial role, or a stock controller.
  • A confident communicator, working with individuals across internal functions and/or managing relationships with external partners.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic individual, with a background of completing tasks to tight deadlines.
  • Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail.
