Job Description:

Foodhub is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team. As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to our internal teams as well as external clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees and clients have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize our software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver technical training programs for internal teams to attain First contact resolution on calls
• Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources, to support training programs.
• Customize training content to meet the specific needs and requirements of different audiences.
• Conduct training sessions in-person and virtually, ensuring engagement and interaction with participants.
• Assess training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop training strategies to address them.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and participant feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Technical Trainer or similar role, preferably in the software industry.
• In-depth knowledge of SaaS technology and software development processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
• Experience developing training materials and resources, including manuals, presentations, and online modules.
• Proficiency in using training tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training sessions as required.
