A fervor for high-quality meats, particularly experience in a Steakhouse setting, will add sizzle to your credentials. While not mandatory, such experience will undoubtedly elevate your performance in the kitchen.

The responsibilities of the Head Chef position include:

• Overseeing kitchen operations efficiently, ensuring adherence to standards and meticulous documentation.
• Proficiently managing inventory, storage, and waste to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintaining composure and efficiency during all service periods.
• Mentoring, instructing, and assessing the kitchen staff, ranging from chefs to assistants.
• Developing and enhancing dishes to drive profitability.
• Showcasing culinary expertise by creating delectable dishes with creativity and finesse.

As the Head Chef, you will lead a team of over 10 members through busy service periods, overseeing all kitchen activities.
