About the role

Job Title: Chef de Partie

School Location: Danes Hill Prep School, Leatherhead, Surrey. KT22

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 8.30am-5pm (40 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 35 weeks per year (plus 5.6 weeks holiday)

Pay Details: £15.60 per hour

What will I be doing?

• Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site
• Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (200+)
• May include some counter service / till work
• Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
