We are looking for their next superstar Reception manager, which will be guest experience focused, looking after the FOH team and working closely with the front office manager.

You will support the brand standards, training and development andmaximise sales opportunities. You will make excellent relationships andconnections with all guests by creating unforgettable experiences thatwill reflect in meeting budgeted targets.


YOUR DNA:

  • Experience with property and reservations management systems, ideally Opera.
    Experience managing a team in a Front Office Environment
  • Experience managing a team in a Front Office Environment
  • Passionate about hospitality and about creating the perfect guestjourney.
  • Proven record of meeting KPIs and improving quality results
