Restaurant Manager - Upscale Restaurant - Broadstairs -£38k - £42k + 6k Tronc
A strong Restaurant Manager wanted for a beautiful privately owned & very well established restaurant located in Broadstairs. Independent operation that is passionate about food, wine & excellent service. This site is widely reviewed and scores 4.5 / 5 on the review sites which speaks volumes about the care & attention that goes into delivering consistency in their business.
This opportunity would suit someone that has worked in informal or formal high quality restaurants or gastro's - ideally Rosetted.
The client is looking to take a step back from the daily running of the front Of House operation so keen to hire someone that is either a Restaurant Manager or Deputy Manager level currently.
This is a Restaurant Manager role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Restaurant Manager who is growing tired of thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or a Restaurant Manager who think their only two options are to either get a job managing a large team & push for HC within 6 - 12 months or set up on their own. It's for a Restaurant Manager who know that there is a lot more to running a restaurant business than just running shifts. It's for those who want the term "my guests" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for Managers in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
