Restaurant Manager

An exciting Restaurant Manager opportunity has arisen at Loudons New Waverley.

Loudons is an independent, family run business and almost completely homemade. Thats not just the food on your plate, but also the architectural and interior design. We do it all ourselves.

Our 2 city centre restaurants are open 7 days a week and designed to be modern and open plan, the perfect spot to meet with friends for brunch or have a business meeting over a coffee.

Our mission is to serve up brilliant breakfast, brunch and lunch for all appetites. Whether you are a meat eater, vegan, dairy or gluten free, our food ethos is that there should always be something delicious for everyone to enjoy.

As Restaurant Manager you must:

• Already have experience as a restaurant manager in a busy food led venue and be available to work 50 hours per week.
• Be a leader and have the ability to manage and inspire a large team.
• Have a strong financial understanding.
• Have exceptional communication skills.
• Have a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Hold a personal license.
• Be fully versed in current HACCP and Health & Safety regulations.
