ABOUT THE JOB

As a Client Experience Representative, youre at the heart of the most important parts of the companys operations, and the soul that keeps everything moving forward. As our customers first point of contact, you make the first (and most important) impression which sets our customers on their unique journeys with us. Youre there for our customers every step of the way, providing the key link between them and the expertise of our Technical Team.

Under instruction from our Surveyors, youll collate survey information about our customers homes and compile this into easy-to-understand Quotation Reports. To do this, youll draw on your excellent literary skills and your experience of working with Microsoft Office applications.

You have a better, faster attitude and always look for opportunities to improve the way that you work. As part of a technologically-minded and forward-thinking Team, youre an active contributor to projects which enhance the way that the Team works and which enrich our customers journeys.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum skills

  • Experience in an administrative role, hospitality role or equivalent experience
  • Highly skilled in the use of technology and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred skills

  • Experience with calendar management, appointment scheduling and booking
  • Process-focussed, with a proactive approach to tasks
  • Experience of providing polished and professional administrative support to Team Members at all levels
  • Experience taking initiative and building strong, productive relationships with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, and manage time efficiently
