Spa Manager - Francis Hotel, Bath - £40,000 pa plus bonus and benefits

As we continue our full refurbishment of the Francis Hotel, we are now seeking a Spa Manager to join our management team. Our transformative £13M renovation is now well under way and this role will crucial in the repositioning The Francis as the premier destination to stay, dine and unwind in the heart of Bath.

This position contributes to The Francis Hotels success providing a consistently memorable and relaxing wellbeing experience for our guests with the willingness to exceed guest expectations

Responsible for driving the revenue of all business centres in the Spa through effective scheduling, yield management and sales whilst working alongside all other departments in the hotel you willmanage, support, train and develop a highly motivated and engaged team who deliver consistently high standards of service and operation in all areas.

As an Ambassador for the Spa, this role ensures outstanding guest relations, driving and delivering The Francis brand standards.
