Sous Chef – Peruvian Dining Experience, Mayfair
We are currently looking for an experienced premium backgrounded Sous Chef to join the team of a high end Mayfair dinner show. They have drawn inspiration from passion and cultural diversity of South America and deliver unforgettable experiences. Leading a team of 15 chef alongside a highly knowledgeable Head Chef, with fresh quality ingredients, bold flavours and an innovative menu.
The Perks
As the Sous Chef you will receive:
- A salary package of £45,000-£50,000 per annum
- 48 hour week

The Person
The Sous Chef will have:
- Must have experience as a Sous Chef in South American – ideally Peruvian cuisine
- Must have experience in a premium London restaurant or similar
- Passion for all things hospitality
- Ability to guide, train and inspire a team
- Impeccable standards and food hygiene
- Personable, team player
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail
- Professional and calm during busy services
