The Kitchen team at The Feathers Hotel & Plume Restaurant are looking for a friendly reliable, passionate about food Chef de Partie to join the dynamic and dedicated team.

The team at The Feathers has lots of ambition from across all sections and are actively pursuing their second AA Rosette after achieving the first very quickly.

All the Kitchen asks for in their Chef de Partie is a team player, someone who loves food, someone who has a good work ethic and someone who is happy to be there - as we dont see it as a job, we love being here.

There will be times where it is hard and tight schedule wise- but we all work together to ensure no one is left behind always. We all work as one.

The Chef de Partie opportunity is a really good role for someone looking to further their career with a grounding in the classics, but with a modern execution and a lightness of touch.

This is a great opportunity for a passionate Chef De Partie or Demi Chef who has good experience and wants to develop in a rosette kitchen in a wonderful property with an excellent reputation. The opportunity as a Chef De Partie aspart of a passionate team working with quality ingredients locally sourced delivering freshly made food, is a unique one as you can develop your skills and share your skills to develop some exceptional junior colleagues.

The stunning Feathers Hotel has 42 beautiful bedrooms and is situated in the town of Ludlow, there has been an extensive refurbishment to a high spec whilst maintaining the character of the Jacobian building. Our most recent celebration for the Feathers has been the awarding of a Rosette to our restaurant, as stated the team are already paving the way to achieve their second Rosette!

This is an ideal role for someone with previous chef experience with an eye for detail & a passion for perfection
