Role Overview

Due to our growing business, we have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Central London Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment: Identify, source, and recruit candidates within the hospitality and catering sectors.
• Business Development: Proactively develop new business opportunities and source new clients.
• Sales: This is a sales-based role requiring a proactive approach to securing new business.
• Administration: Maintain strong administrative and IT skills to manage recruitment processes effectively.
• Time Management: Ability to think on your feet and organise your time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal Candidate

• Background: Experience in hospitality or catering is preferred.
• Skills: Strong administrative and IT skills.
• Attributes: Ambitious, proactive, and able to thrive in a demanding and exciting role.
