We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join this close-knit brigade, preparing dishes under their Michelin Star Head Chef. With a flair for innovative fresh food dining, taking the guest on a culinary journey with impeccable service this restaurant has a phenomenal reputation.
The Perks
The Chef de Partie will receive:
- Up to £32,000
- 4 day working week
- 3 Days off per week- Every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday as your days off
- Time off at Christmas
- To work with a knowledgeable Michelin star Head Chef and owner

The Place
Our client is a stunning Michelin star, 4 AA rosette modern fine dining restaurant nestled in the Surrey Hills in Dorking. The restaurant has won multiple awards and is a real dining destination with a fantastic reputation.
The Person
The Chef de Partie will have:
- Experience in a Michelin/fine-dining venue is preferred but not essential, a Chef de Partie with a strong fresh food background would also be considered
- The desire and motivation to develop in a fine dining environment
- Great communication skills and a dynamic approach
- Motivated, driven and organised
- Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best produce
- Living locally to Dorking or having your own reliable transport is essential
