Job Description
FGASA Level 2 or higher (Field Guides Association of Southern Africa) or equivalent. Valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP). Extensive experience in guiding and managing safari operations, preferably in a 5-star lodge environment. Strong knowledge of wildlife, bushcraft, and ecosystems, with a passion for conservation. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a guiding team. First Aid certification. Proficient in spoken and written English; knowledge of other languages (local or foreign) is advantageous. Excellent guest interaction skills with a focus on providing luxury experiences. Personal Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with international guests and high-net-worth individuals. Passionate about wildlife, nature conservation, and eco-tourism. High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude. Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and think on your feet in dynamic situations. Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
