About the Venue
A world-renowned, multiple Michelin-starred restaurant. Celebrated for innovative dining experiences, pushing the boundaries of modern cuisine. They are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join their exceptional kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes in your designated section.- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.- Maintain the highest standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness in the kitchen.- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, ensuring they meet the required standards.- Manage and organize your section effectively, ensuring a smooth service during busy periods.- Contribute to menu development and the creation of new dishes.- Uphold the restaurants reputation for culinary excellence and creativity.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.- Experience in a fine dining environment, preferably at a Michelin-starred level.- Strong culinary skills and a passion for innovative, high-quality food.- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, high-profile kitchen.- A team player with good communication and leadership skills.- A dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
The Package
