Restaurant Manager Hotel

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager/F & B Manager to join the established, energetic team in the most beautiful, luxury hotel located in the stunning Suffolk countryside approx 13 miles from Colchester and 1.5 miles from Hadleigh.

The restaurant has been awarded 2 AA rosettes with the hotel itself receiving 4 silver stars. The business is currently expanding with the addition of a Spa, Wedding Venue, Afternoon Tea Room and 5 more bedroom suites, offering a great opportunity for someone ambitious looking to grow within a team who are passionate and proud of where they work.

The role is very much operational, leading the F & B team in the ways of product knowledge, training and quality service. Someone who can make their mark with their personality and ideas with exceptional interpersonal skills.

The successful person will have a natural inclination to excellence in every detail and take a great pride in what they and their team do.

The ability to oversee the team, to allow for a seamless guest experience and to be approachable, polite and calm at all times.

This might be a stepping stone before moving on to greater things, or it could be the position to call home for many years.

A minimum of 2/3 years within a senior hospitality role and a proven track record essential.
