A luxury Restaurant is excited to offer an opportunity for a talented Relief Sous Chef to join their team at a vibrant culinary establishment in Bollington. Relief Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef, with a strong background in high-volume, high-quality culinary environments
• Exceptional culinary skills with the ability to adapt quickly to different cooking styles and menu requirements
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of directing kitchen staff and maintaining effective workflows
• A passion for food and a commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards
• Knowledge of the latest food trends and a creative approach to menu development
• Ability to work flexibly, stepping in during busy periods or covering for absent staff as needed

Relief Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head Chef and kitchen team in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Prepare and present dishes that meet the high standards of our menu and customer expectations
• Manage kitchen resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of ingredients and minimizing waste
• Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols, ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of professionalism and high performance
• Handle any necessary adjustments in the kitchen efficiently, ensuring continuous service excellence
