• Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant, preferably in fine dining
• Knowledgeable in wines and spirits to enhance guest dining experiences

• Confident and personable, with the ability to make guests feel welcomed and valued
• Exhibits a professional yet friendly attitude, infused with a sense of humour and a capacity to inspire others

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-class service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and graceful dining experience
• Engage with guests to make personal connections while maintaining a professional distance
• Lead and mentor a team of waitstaff with poise and charisma
• Manage table settings and oversee the seamless execution of service
