The Place

Our client owns and operates an award-winning hotel on the central belt and is now looking to appoint a new Head Housekeeper to head up and lead the on-site housekeeping team. As Head Housekeeper, you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day running of the rooms and public spaces within this exceptional, UK group-managed property.

The Job

As Head Housekeeper, we basically want you to lead from the front, and be that figurehead of Housekeeping, focusing on quality and attention to detail ensuring all the bedrooms and public areas are kept immaculate.
Youll be hands-on when needed, ensuring you get the very best from the team to deliver excellent standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Oversee departmental training, rota's, P&L, budgets, inductions, and evaluations and have a passion for team engagement.

The Person

As our next Head Housekeeper, do you have the following:-
Housekeeping experience is essential dare we say it, and preferably in a similar setting
Leadership a natural leader- we want happy, confident, motivated teams
Business Acumen managing budgets, focusing on quality
Team focus there are no egos here, just hard-working people who love creating memorable experiences for every guest
Self-Starter we want our people to feel motivated and supported
Ideas and openness were up for doing things differently and will try (almost) everything once
Fun and easy to talk to were looking for personality, not a corporate clone

The Rewards

The salary on offer is circa £30-35k salary, plus many, many company benefits.
