Head Chef Independent Pub located close to Winchester in Hampshire

• Salary is 43k plus additional 9k in tips and service
• As head chef you will be working Straightshifts on a 45-hour week
• Heading up the whole kitchen operation including paperwork
• Free reign on menus
• Free reign on suppliers
• Style of food is modern British
• 40-cover restaurant with outdoor seating
• We are looking for a Head Chef who is a hands-on chef, A head chef who has previous experience of writing your own menus whilst training and developing the current team
• We need a chef who wants to run the food operation like its your own business
