Bar Manager

The hotel goes above and beyond to take its guests on amazing culinary journeys to remember and is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to ensure guests enjoy an exceptional array of drinks to complement their dishes.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Bar Supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career and has 4 to 5 years of experience working in a similar style establishment.

Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Bar Manager

• £34,000 per annum + circa £3,000 service charge and an annual bonus of up to £1,200
• Accommodation available (£70 per week)
• Working 5 days per week, 50 hours per week
• 28 days holiday

• Meals on duty

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager

• Getting creative and carefully curating a variety of colourful cocktails and beverages to wow guests
• Delegating tasks effectively and training staff to meet the hotels high standards of excellence
• Taking charge of stock control for all bar products
• Leading from the front and showcasing a positive attitude and charming persona
• Performing well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
