Seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant and bustling restaurant in Belfast. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high food quality standards, and leading a dedicated team.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff to excel in their roles and provide outstanding service.
• Maintain food quality and restaurant standards, ensuring consistency in every aspect of service.
• Address and resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently, upholding our commitment to 5-star customer service.
• Manage inventory effectively, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked and within budget.
• Uphold a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Oversee financial management, including recording income and expenses and balancing cash registers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays in line with restaurant service hours.
