Food & Beverage Manager – Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre

We have an excellent opportunity for a Food & Beverage Manager in Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre.

We are seeking a leader with excellent experience in Food and Beverage management in a leading hotel.

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Food & Beverage Manager will lead the operational & financial success of the Food & Beverage function.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Planning and organisation of all Food & Beverage operations on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of the department
• Managing the Food & Beverage team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Reporting to the Deputy General Manager and working closely within the management team to ensure that all outlets are operating efficiently at all times
• Communicating effectively within the management team and attending meetings, as required
• Responding to guest feedback and Revinate reviews
• Participating in Duty Management shifts, as required
• Achieving Food & Beverage Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a Food & Beverage Management Role in a leading hotel.
• Experience in large food & beverage outlets and conferences is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent Leadership skills.
• Experience in recruiting and developing employees.
• High standards and attention to detail.
• An excellent focus on our customers.
