We are looking for an Organised, passionate and creative Head Chef to join a traditional 16th Century pub serving traditional food and ales in Devon. The company are passionate about fresh local produce, so offer a seasonal menu.
Salary from £34,000 - £37,000

3 in the team, approx 120 covers
As the Head Chef you need to show organisation, flexibility and leadership. Experience in similar position is an advantage. but someone moving up from a Sous Chef may see this as a great opportunity. As a Head Chef you will have to prove you are a good leader and able to run the pass succesfully. Be self motivated and enthusiastic. This is a very busy operation.
