Assistant Restaurant Manager -Stunning, multi award winning Hotel and Restaurant

£31,000- £32,000 plus Tronc of £3-4k

Over time paid

Live in available

2 rosette + experience needed

Assistant Restaurant Manager needed in a small multi award winning hotel and restaurant that is well known throughout Derbyshire as one of the finest hotels and restaurants in the County .This hotel has won an array of awards and is looking for a Assistant Restaurant Manager to push on and work with the Restaurant manager and the rest of the team

The ideal candidate for the position of Assistant Restaurant Manager should come from a multi rosette accredited property and have Managerial/supervisory experience

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will be required to assist in running the restaurant , Bar and also run weddings and other functions. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also be required to ensure standards are kept very high, whilst pushing the restaurant further. The Assistant Restaurant Manager also must have some wine knowledge

It is essential for the ideal candidate to be punctual and well presented, enthusiastic with an eye for detail and quality.

This Assistant Restaurant Manager role is a full time, permanent post.
