LOCATION: 7 mile drive from Chester

This well known Branded Leisure hotel is only 7 miles or 20 minutes from Chester and is recruiting for an F&B Manager.

We need a passionate individual who enjoys working in hospitality, has grown a career within food and beverage and is looking for the next step to lead from the front and be very hands on supporting the team with the day to day running of this modern, relaxed hotel.

• As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Restaurant, Lounge Bar and meeting facilities for up to 200 guests.
• You will be able to show us your passion for and understanding of good food and drink.
• With less than 100 bedrooms, this is a hands on role where you can develop and grow your knowledge to understand every department with a friendly, open and welcoming team.

This role will be ideal for a F&B Supervisor or Head of Department Manager with a stable career within a hotel ideally or similar, looking for a career move.
