Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

As our Guest Relations Manager, you will passionately lead and mentor our host teams, ensuring the warmth and magic of Estelle Manor is carried across the estate. You will help to curate the member and guest journey throughout the Manor, striving to innovate, inspire and delight through delivering exceptional service. With a management background, ideally in a luxury food & beverage environment, you will be knowledgeable and charismatic, with a focus on developing your team to be the best they can be.

Who we are looking for?

• A charismatic leader, passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
• Ideally, experienced in food and beverage within a luxury hotel or premium brand.
• Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures.
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests.

This is made up of a base rate of £40,000 per annum, plus inclusion in our tronc scheme.
