Day Shift Electrician

Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop the engineering resource aligned against their client's leisure and recreational facility in Livingston

This is a Designer outlet, featuring many recognisable highstreet brands, eateries and various leisure amenities

Here, you will work with 2 other Engineers to deliver a maintenance service, completing planned and reactive maintenance tasks, focusing on electrical works, with minor mechanical and fabric jobs

While the role is maintenance focused, there will be some install projects

An ability to cover shifts when the other Engineer is on leave would be useful

Fantastic role for a developing Electrician to gain more maintenance experience on a fast paced, and challenging site

Actions will include:

• Support the achievement of a ‘Best in Class’ approach to Engineering and Fabric services including those provided through supplier organisations.
• Carry out Planned Maintenance as instructed by the CAFM System
• Become competent in the operation of the sites Building Management and Planned maintenance computer systems.
• Carry out reactive maintenance as instructed by Site Management
• Assist in resolving maintenance issues raised by retailers
• Assist the other maintenance staff as is required
• Assist with any training that may be required by other staff
• Liaise with Contractors, giving assistance as is agreed by the FM/CM

We need from you:

• To be electrically qualified with some experience in the electrical field
