Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Homecare Supplier Manager with Pricing experience.

About the Role:

As the Homecare and Pricing Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing homecare providers and optimizing commercial pricing strategies. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with industry regulations, and drive continuous improvement in supplier performance.


Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with homecare providers.
  • Logistical Support: Coordinate patient supply logistics to ensure timely delivery.
  • Product Supply Forecasting: Monitor and forecast product supply needs.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and suppliers.
  • Contract Negotiations: Manage contract renewals and pricing agreements.
  • Pricing Management: Oversee the Commercial Medicines Unit and manage customer accounts, quotas, and discounts.
  • Commercial Policy: Design and implement commercial policies to drive business growth.


Technical Competencies:


  • Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of pharmaceutical products, patient care, and homecare services.
  • Patient-Centric Care: Ability to ensure high-quality patient care and enhance patient experience.
  • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Working effectively with healthcare professionals and homecare teams to provide holistic care.
  • Governance and Compliance: Ensuring adherence to professional standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Market Analysis: Conducting market research to understand pricing trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strategic Pricing: Developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability while ensuring market access.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding cost structures and financial implications of pricing decisions.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in pricing, supplier management, or a related field, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance standards in the UK & Ireland.
