We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic people with potential to join our family! We need applicants that are motivated, IT Literate (understanding of Microsoft packages) and have the ability to develop long term relationships with our client and temporary workers. Contract Coordinators will be rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 dependent on experience.

The role will be split between being based at our client’s premises in Thatcham and being based at our Basingstoke branch depending on business priorities. You will be dealing with the management and welfare of temporary workers. This will include managing their weekly payroll, resolving queries and coaching and supporting their performance
Establishing and developing strong relationships with the customer
Identify, assess and select appropriate temporary workers ensuring they match client requirements
