About the Role:

Grill a variety of meats (such as beef, chicken, lamb, and fish) and vegetables to perfection, following traditional cooking techniques. Marinate and season food items according to restaurant recipes, ensuring rich, authentic flavours. Maintain consistency in food preparation, cooking times, and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to customers. Manage the grill station, ensuring it is set up and stocked with all necessary ingredients and supplies at the start of each shift. Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate orders and ensure timely service, especially during peak hours. Address any special requests or dietary requirements from customers as they pertain to grilled items.
