Practice Manager

We have an exciting position for someone with positive drive and the ambition to make this role their own.

We are a busy Equine Ambulatory practice consisting of 4 office staff and 3 vets on the road and we want someone who is keen to manage this busy practice:

Roles:

• Managing office staff both day to day and overall management of the whole team
• Managing all staff working rotas
• Diary management for Vets and office staff including on call rota
• Management of debt control
• Management of insurance claims
• Co-ordinating meetings both internally and with external suppliers
• Co-ordinating invoices and VAT returns
• Reconciliation of cash and card receipts on quickbooks and on the Practice Management System
• Reporting to the Director

This is an excellent opportunity to help develop a young and exciting new business.

Working hours: 32-36 hours per week. Remuneration from 36-42K including 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays Pro Rata).
