The Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work within our ISG Retail division who is motivated and driven to work on fast track fit out projects. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain close relationships with customers, consultants and subcontractors to continuously improve the customer experience and support future repeat and negotiated business
• To take active responsibility for all financial procedures in conjunction with the Senior Surveyor.
• To take a lead role in the valuation process.

Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified or substantial experience within the construction industry in the field of commercial management and surveying
• Good understanding of JCT/NEC forms of contract & contract law
