Accountant

As the Accountant, you will be responsible for the following: Prepare and submit VAT returns (EMP201 and EMP501) Ensure all forex payments are followed up with the correct documents to the bank for processing Assist with internal and external audits Address invoice discrepancies and invoice errors Process invoices for suppliers and customers Perform the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable function Assist with the development of budgets and forecasts Provide variance analysis Bank reconciliation Maintain fixed asset registers on Excel Record asset depreciation Perform General Ledger and Balance sheet reconciliations Skills & Experience: Proven experience using the Standard Bank system Payroll experience Proficiency in SAGE and Xero Accounting System Qualification: Relevant Finance or Accounting degree Matric (Grade 12) Contact JENELLE COOKSON on 021 418 1750 , quoting the Ref: CTF019506.
