Your responsibilities

• Work as a business analyst or project management officer on implementation projects for international clients, embracing challenges as opportunities.
• Be part of a team that helps capital markets firms respond to change through strategy design, architecture design, operating model work, process improvement, system building, package integration, and application management.
• Gain knowledge about the most in-demand Capital Markets solutions and incorporate Accenture best practices and development methodologies into every stage of the project management lifecycle, proactive in skill enhancement.

Our requirements

• Minimum bachelor’s diploma with 2+ years’ experience in Consulting or industry experience, motivated to embrace new opportunities.
• Depending on your experience, you will be considered for Analyst or Consultant position.
• Excellent English and German communication skills (written & spoken) required;
• Relevant experience in Investment Banking (Global Markets, Corporate Banking) and capital markets (brokerage, wealth management, asset management, etc.). Driven by challenges.
• Strong knowledge of financial products and processes; experience with systems like Murex, Calypso, SunGard is desirable. Dedicated to ongoing improvement.
• Consulting and project delivery experience preferred, with a good understanding of industry trends and business imperatives. Forward-thinking and growth-driven.
• Proven ability to manage multiple commitments and work creatively in a problem-solving environment, proactive in skill enhancement.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge of programming languages like SQL is a plus. Committed to constant progress.

Working conditions

• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.
