Job Description
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team, working on high-end hospitality interior fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Implement and maintain health and safety protocols on-site.
- Manage site documentation, including daily reports, risk assessments, and method statements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate progress updates and project milestones to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, particularly in hospitality fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings and specifications.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to various sites across the UK and Ireland.
- Confidence in using IT as part of the daily role; experience with procurement systems is desirable.
