Job Description

JLB are delighted be partnering with a leading sports organisation in the recruitment of a Hospitality Sales Manager.


The successful candidate will lead a sales executive team and will be critical in driving new business opportunities within the Hospitality Sales department.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Hospitality sales across across the region maximising business from new and existing customers through an innovative approach always delivering the best experience to all our customers.
  • Drive growth through sales activity plan proactively selling through the sales platform and use of commercial management techniques.
  • Plan and lead the business development for the hospitality team, identifying new markets and targeting strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders (Marketing, C&E, Operations) to ensure sharing of best practices, driving of efficiencies and delivery of outstanding service.


Key Requirements

  • Experienced Sales Manager within a target driven environment with demonstrable success in achieving financial targets.
  • Capable of winning new business with a track record in Hospitality sales and knowledge/passion for industry.
  • Outstanding communicator able to lead meetings effectively both over the phone and in person.
  • Expert in developing long-term relationships with new and existing clients providing them with a premium service to help grow accounts.


Please note that this role is on-site 5 days a week at the company headquarters in Newmarket.
