Job Description
You will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy and operational excellence of our events management business. You will manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure that our events are financially successful, on budget, and compliant with regulations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage financial budgets for each event, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to drive strategic decisions. Monitor expenses and revenues for each project, providing regular financial updates to senior management. Conduct risk assessments and financial reviews for ongoing and upcoming events. Manage client invoicing, vendor payments, and payroll. Ensure all financial operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with event managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide accurate financial reporting and post-event analysis. Requirements: Proven experience (3 years) as a Financial Manager, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
