Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and EXCO members to develop and execute the companys strategic vision, ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and business growth objectives. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop, implement, and oversee strategies to maximize revenue growth, market share, and profitability within the hospitality, catering, and food retail industries. Marketing Excellence: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, ensuring high performance, innovation, and alignment with company goals. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive business expansion both locally and internationally. Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels, from digital to traditional media, aligning with the companys goals and values. EXCO Contributions: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the EXCO based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of senior-level experience in sales and marketing, with a significant portion in the hospitality, catering, or food retail sectors.
