Marketing Excellence: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer retention. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the sales and marketing teams, ensuring high performance, innovation, and alignment with company goals. Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive business expansion both locally and internationally. Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels, from digital to traditional media, aligning with the companys goals and values. EXCO Contributions: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the EXCO based on market trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs. Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum return on investment. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer experience and service delivery. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory.
