Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, providing insights to drive business decisions. Sales Strategies: Create and implement effective sales strategies that align with the companys goals, ensuring consistent business development and client acquisition. Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential clients, closing deals that are profitable and beneficial to both parties. Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and future plans to senior management. Qualifications & Experience: Education: A tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is essential. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or similar role within the hospitality or catering industry is a must. Skills: Strong understanding of the local market, including key players and the competitive landscape. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value deals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
