Management Accountant

Develop and manage the annual budget alongside the financial executive Quarterly forecast alongside Finance executive Track monthly variance to budget and assess risk areas Monthly cashflow with analysis Prepare flash financial results for business review Assess the viability of certain projects Ensure operational costs are optimized Profitability reporting Review financial results to actual expenses G&A analysis Actual vs Budget variances and commentary Develop and implement efficient strategies Project management of initiatives within the business Financial planning and budget management Management reporting Ensure compliance of implementations Relevant market insights and awareness Develop and implement benchmarking process Perform regular audits to ensure alignment and compliance Drive performance measures and reporting to ensure improvement Improve policies, documents and training Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 5 years in FMCG / Retail or Restaurant experience Experience with systems control around assets and lifecycle management Ability to collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions Strategic and analytical experience Understanding of alternative energy sources Understanding of contracts and agreements Understanding of QSR environments Qualification: BCom or Similar Finance Qualification Completed Articles highly beneficial Contact ALEXANDRA MALONEY on 021 418 1750, quoting the Ref: CTF019325.
