Are you a time-served, truly multi-skilled engineer / electrical engineer / electrically biased engineer who's seeking new challenges? Are you eager to progress your career in a lead role? Do you enjoy root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvements?
Location: Oxfordshire (OX16) Commutable from: Northampton, Banbury, Coventry, Milton Keynes, Birmingham etc.
Salary: £58,500-£60,000

Our client produce a variety of sustainable food products for a portfolio of pubs and restaurants across the nation - putting people at the centre of everything they do!
This is a hands-on, technical support role. You will be responsible for:
-Support the shift engineer with electrical and PLC fault-finding
-Carry out root cause analysis and implement continuous improvements to reduce the number of repeat issues.
-Maintain the asset management system
-Liaise with external contractors
-Lead and support engineering projects
You will be time-served/apprentice trained and hold a relevant engineering qualification. You will have recent food/automotive/packaging/FMCG experience. You will be an excellent communicator and passionate about improving processes.
