They have asked us to find them a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their vibrant Business Development Team.

Here you will have a platform to deliver innovative sales and marketing activities to support the business ambitious growth plans.

The role will involve providing day-to-day, hands-on marketing and sales enablement, providing marketing and BD support for a wide range of nationwide sectors driving and supporting business development initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Implementing of strategic business development and marketing plans to support sector-specific, national growth.
• Working on a variety of business development plans
• Ideating and executing proposals and presentations to support new sales opportunities.
• Maintaining a library of pitch precedent material to support effective bids activity
• Working with the team on the development of marketing campaigns.
• Creating and managing internal communications materials including regular newsletters and intranet articles.
• Creating and overseeing internal communications materials including newsletters, intranet articles and sector reports.
• Producing videos, podcasts and digital content
• Working with Press Office to identify and capitalise PR opportunities
• Executing and managing virtual, in-person and hybrid events and launches across UK including conferences, training, hosted and internal, corporate hospitality and internal events.

What you’ll bring to the role

Marketing, Communications, or Business Development experience, ideally gained within a professional services environment.

Enthusiastic, pro-active and outgoing.

Good creative writing ability with a sharp eye for detail.

Experience working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms or similar Marketing technologies.

The desire and drive to learn, develop and progress.
